Another day of rain, even if it was only for a few minutes every hour. I didn’t get a chance to go out and take any pictures today, so I thought I’d use one from January 31.
OOPS…I did take some photos today, but I only had my iPhone SE on me and I took some pictures when I walked over to one of our nearest Mexican restaurants to pick something up for lunch. I might post one of the puddle reflections tomorrow…
Anyway, if you saw day 1 of my 365 project, you would have read how much I love Bird of Paradise flowers. I didn’t realize my next door neighbor had one on the front side of their house; so after we finished talking and she was getting ready to go back inside, I asked if I could take photos of her flowers and she gave her permission.
I probably took about 20 or so photos of the different flowers. I even got buzzed by a hummingbird and then it hovered about a foot away from me.
I like the colors and abstractness of this shot; it kind of reminds me of a thumb and forefinger.
