At the beginning of February I planted 15 tulip bulbs, with all of the rain we’ve had I was hoping they didn’t rot. Last night, I had a dream that 1 of them had “broken ground”. When I got up I went outside and checked the 3 planters…the last  1 I checked had about 3/8 sticking out of the ground. WOOHOO!! Unfortunately, there’s not much to show of the sprout. I looked around the backyard and took some photos of different greenery; I found another plant with tiny flowers, so that’s what I’m posting.

    1. Those center pieces are about the size of a pin head with the open flowers being between 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch! With the breezes we’ve been having, it makes it hard to “nail” the focus. Mary, it’s a wildflower as it is not something I planted in the backyard and I don’t remember seeing them in previous years…but with the small size, it’s no wonder I never noticed/saw them before. In fact, I’ve noticed them in about 3-4 different places in the backyard!
