This past weekend my favorite glasses from Thailand had a mishap…one of the thingy’s that sits on the nose sheared off. I finally bit the bullet, so to speak, and made an appointment so I could get new glasses. I was pretty stressed about the appointment. After I filled out the new patient paperwork, I was told where to go for the waiting room. I sat down, closed my eyes, and tried to relax. When I opened my eyes, I saw the cool patterns made by the backs of the chairs in front of me. I grabbed my phone and took today’s photo.
My good news was that in the (almost) 9 years since my last eye exam in Thailand, my vision has gotten better – .5 in 1 eye and 1.0 in the other!
