This morning I was playing around with 3 different vintage lenses on my Fuji X-T3, the Nikkor 200mm f/4, the Nikkor 105mm f/2.5, and the Sigma 50mm f/2.8 macro lens; I also attached the 36mm extension tube to those lenses. I was going back and forth between fortnight lilies and 2 of the tulips that open up.
I love the way this one turned out. The background was the Mexican Sage Bush, the side that was in the shade. To make sure there were no highlights or shadows on the flower, I used the diffuser from the PhotoTrust 5 in 1 Pocket Reflector – Super Portable and Tiny Reflector. It was a bit tricky holding the camera in my right hand while holding the diffuser in my left, but luckily the shutter speed was fast enough to keep the photo sharp.
