My neighbor has 2, or is it 3, different colored day lilies. I asked her if she’d mind me taking pictures of them…she didn’t, but I haven’t shown her my type of photography, she probably thinks I literally took photos of the flowers. I love the colors of this day lily and I used 2 different presets in Topaz Studio to really bring them out. First I used botanical macro, but it just darkened up the colors; after applying the look, I then used Summer of 68 and I knew that was the look I wanted. I had tried Summer of 68 first, but it just seemed to wash out the colors, glad that I figured out the sequence of looks to make my heart happy.
