One of my favorite ways to photograph flowers is in a dark room and using only a single source of light with a long exposure. At our local Grocery Outlet I found an LED light by iZoom; it is about 4-5 long and a couple of inches wide with (2) approximately 1″ squares of LED lights. In the middle is a rotating dial for variable light strength, the back has magnets and I always know where to find them on the side of our freezer unit in the garage. I handheld one of the 2 units I have and moved the light back and forth for 8.5 seconds to get this shot. I’m looking forward to getting an adaptalux lighting system for my macro photography, I just can’t decide which lighting arms I want.
