I almost didn’t take today’s photo. I saw all the cardboard boxes behind an open door and walked past, but something caught my eye and I walked backwards until I was able to see inside again. What had caught my eyes was the shadow of a tree on the wall, and with all that cardboard…it looked like a dichotomy (at least I think that’s the word I’m looking for) to me. All those boxes at some point started out from trees, now they’re headed to who knows where.
