My dad came out for a visit today so we went to Thousand Oaks for lunch and a walk around Gardens of the World. The trees had been cut back but there were still some flowers blooming…mostly roses, but I saw 1 nasturtium, some Peruvian Lilies, and some other smaller flowers. We took a detour into the California Mission area of the garden. After taking some photos in the courtyard, I saw the light streaming in the entrance; I’m usually not here this late in the day so it was a pleasant surprise.
