I had to force myself to hold my camera and take some pictures today…and I’m glad that I did. While out in the front yard, I noticed the next door neighbor’s hibiscus bush had lots of flowers on it. Took a few that were lower on the bush and, while kneeling down, noticed one standing tall against the blue sky. I used a shallow depth of field to blur out the petals and make the little anthers really stand out.
