It amazes me how we want something so much, then get it and use it for fill in the blank amount of time, then put it somewhere to forget about it; no longer having that feeling of desire. Reminds me of a scene in one of the “Toy Story” movies. It also makes me wonder if parts of this bicycle feel neglected, wondering what it did wrong that it’s being “punished” and left in the elements to rust…for grass to grow up in amongst the spokes. Is the grass its new friend/companion, keeping it warm on a cold night? What kind of conversations might they have?
